RAMPAGE Ensues Between Man And Beast In The First Official Trailer

The past few years have seen nothing short of a relentless workload from blockbuster film star Dwayne Johnson. His latest pairing with San Andreas helmer is nothing short of exemplary in this regard with the new film, Rampage, hailing from its heyday as a classic 1980s video game for a spectacular narrative treatment hitting theaters in the Spring.
Primatologist Davis Okoye (Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry transforms this gentle ape into a raging monster. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered alpha predators. As these newly created monsters tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.
While it didn't take too long in wake of recent USA Today pictorals for someome to leak the first official teaser trailer, Warner Bros. is full speed ahead with a cleaner and visible release now online. Johnson is joined on-screen by actresses Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman with Jake Lacy, Joe Manganiello and Jeffrey Dean Morgan among the cast for a theatrical release on April 20, 2018.
