REVOLT: Mankind's Last Stand Already In Progress In The New Trailer For Joe Miale's Sci-Fi Action Thriller

Filmmaker Joe Miale's career is off to a pretty good-natured start following the completion of his first feature-length outing, Revolt. He and the film's backers of the film at Voltage Pictures, Automatik and 42 Productions have since followed through with a successful dollar-for-dollar campaign to give back to the local South African community where the film was shot, and certainly not for nothing with a new official trailer now online as just one of the rewarding factors for the production.

The film sees actor Lee Pace and actress Bérénice Marlohe leading the film from a script by Miale and co-scribe Rowan Athale centered on a U.S. solider and a struggling French foreign aid worker teaming up in order to survive a cataclysmic alien invasion at the hands of deadly alien robots with most of the world already in ruins. There's no word yet on the film's releases beyond the Netherlands while the locals can expect a VoD release this July followed by a DVD and Blu-Ray release later in the year from Dutch Filmworks.
