Tickets Are Now On Sale In The U.S. For SWORD ART ONLINE THE MOVIE: ORDINAL SCALE


Eleven Arts and Fathom Events are teaming up to release Ito Tomohiko's latest, Sword Art Online The Movie: Ordinal Scale with tickets available as of Friday and more information at the film's website. The film comes following a sprawling two-season adventure into the virtual world with heroes facing immense odds. Treachery, suspense, danger, excitement and a whole raft of suprises ensue for this series based on Kawahara Reki's 2009 light novel series.
Experience an all new adventure with Kirito, Asuna, and their party members as they explore the world of “Ordinal Scale,” a new hit game utilizing augmented reality technology. Players are about to find the line between the virtual world and reality beginning to blur and their worst nightmares coming true… As his fellow players find themselves in danger, the hero is called upon once again – can Kirito save his friends, or is this going to be game over for him…?
A live-action series adaptation is also in the works and with the talent existing in today's youthful millieu of performers, that show already has me sold. In the meantime, the film is coming to Japan and Southeast Asia on February 18 while March 9 is the date for moviegoers in North America to take note.
