MISS PEREGRINE'S HOME FOR PECULIAR CHILDREN Takes You Below Sea And Beyond In The New Trailer

One of my first film experiences growing up is largely due to director Tim Burton a la Batman, Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands. He has a proven knack for the absolute wondrous and bizzare and he just takes you to some truly incredible places on the big screen, and his latest, Miss Peregrine's Home For Peculiar Children achieves nothing short of that.

SYNOPSIS:
From visionary director Tim Burton, and based upon the best-selling novel, comes an unforgettable motion picture experience. When Jake discovers clues to a mystery that spans alternate realities and times, he uncovers a secret refuge known as Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children. As he learns about the residents and their unusual abilities, Jake realizes that safety is an illusion, and danger lurks in the form of powerful, hidden enemies. Jake must figure out who is real, who can be trusted, and who he really is.
I never read Ransom Riggs's 2011 publication but it still goes without saying that the level to which Burton transcends the novel simply looks epic. Eva Green makes a stunning appearance of her own along with actor Asa Butterfield, and a cast rounded off with Ella Purnell, Allison Janney, Terence Stamp, Rupert Everett, Dame Judi Dench and Samuel L. Jackson.

The film arrives on September 30 and the new trailer is here to watch, so peep it below.
