Watch The First Thirteen Minutes Of Tsutsumi Yukihiko's New Thriller, THE BIG BEE!

Author Higashina Keigo's 1995 Kodansha publication makes for ample source material for an intense hostage thriller in lieu of Twentieth Century Boys and Eight Ranger helmer Tsutsumi Yukihiko's latest effort. Alas, the new film, The Big Bee, is just over a month away from its September 12 release and Shochiku has unveiled the first thirteen minutes of the film to introduce the intense moments that aim to build up the harrowing story in the first act.

SYNOPSIS:
August 8th, 1995. At Kaneshige Industries' Komaki Plant in Aichi Prefecture, a ceremony is held to mark the delivery of “Big B,” Japan's largest and most advanced helicopter, to the Japan Defense Agency. Suddenly, Big B is activated remotely by some unknown agent. The aircraft's designer, Yubara (Yosuke Eguchi), is doubly shocked: his elementary school-age son Takahiko has accidentally become trapped on board...
