MONTANA Goes Ballistic In The New U.S. Trailer!

Anyone looking for grounded action cinema with a sprawling audience appeal needn't look further than Shank helmer Mo Ali. His latest offering, Montana, has earned quite the attention with actors McKell David and Lars Mikkelsen spearheading the story set in London and two generations of vengeance at the forefront of it all.

Having initially landed 14 territories earlier on, and just as last year's trailer run has shown, it's easy to see why this one would be on anyone's wishlist. Familiar narratives aside, the aging killer training his pupil to do the same is always a fun one to work with, and Ali clearly had his share here, introducing seething drama and a few doses of mild humor to accomidate the slick action that ensues.

SYNOPSIS:
MONTANA is a high-octane tale of betrayal and redemption which centers around the unlikely bond between a 14-year-old boy named Montana (McKell David) and Dimitrije (Lars Mikkelsen), a former Serbian commando, who work together to plot revenge against a powerful crime lord. While trying to stay one step ahead of criminal investigator Rachel Jones (Michelle Fairley), Montana and Dmitrije must prepare to take on their common enemy. As Montana is mentored in the dark arts of assassination, he comes to learn the true meaning of friendship, honor and respect. The film also stars Ashley Walters, Brad Moore, Adam Deacon and Dominique Tipper.
Level 33 Entertainment is granting the film a theatrical and digital release on September 18. Watch the brand new trailer in the player below!
